About Gisborne

We explored new territory in Gisborne, first city to see the sunrise. We splurged on a B&B, happening on a meticulously restored Craftsman. The British owners found it online and moved half way around the world to live in it. It is another winemaking area, of course. Here Chardonnay thrives, but from what we found at the Saturday market, just about everything grows well here too.
